What This Website Collects, and What It Does Not

This page covers one narrow thing: the personal data this website collects when you read it or apply for early access. It is not about what the product reads inside your database — that is a different question with a different answer, and it has its own page.

Effective 4 September 2026. Argyronix is pre-release, and this notice describes a website with a single form on it. Once there is a product, data processed under a customer agreement will be governed by that agreement rather than by this page.

Who is responsible

The controller

Argyronix Inc., 2953 Atwood Dr, Clearwater, FL 33761, United States. We decide what this site collects and what happens to it afterwards, which makes us the data controller for everything described here. Requests go to contact@argyronix.com and are read by the founding engineering team rather than a ticket queue.

What we collect

What you type into the early access form

Your work email, company, role, number of production databases, and primary database engine — all of which the form requires — plus an optional note. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything. We mark those fields as required because we cannot assess an application without them; nothing obliges you to apply.

How you reached us

The campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the address of the page that referred you, and the path you first landed on. This is read from the URL in your own browser. It is attached both to your application, so we know which channel it came from, and to the analytics described next.

What the analytics records

One entry for each page you open, and a short list of named events: that the application form scrolled into view, that it was submitted, that the submission succeeded or failed, that a call to action or an outbound link was clicked, and that a research article was opened and read to the end. Azure Application Insights adds the technical fields it collects by default, including your IP address and your browser and device type. A failed submission records the reason it failed, never what you typed.

What we deliberately do not collect

No cookies. Nothing written to your browser storage. No advertising or social pixels, no third-party trackers, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no fonts or scripts pulled from another company’s servers. This is why the site has never shown you a cookie banner: nothing is stored on your device to ask you about. The analytics also runs without the identifiers that would let us recognize a returning visitor, which costs us the ability to count people rather than page loads — a trade we made on purpose.

Why, and on what legal basis

To review your application — Article 6(1)(b)

We use what you submit to assess whether your environment fits the early access program, to reply to you, and to run the program if you join. That is processing necessary for steps taken at your own request before a contract, which is why the form asks you to consent to nothing: you are not agreeing to marketing, you are asking us to consider an application. You will get one email asking you to confirm your address, and after that only messages about the application itself.

To see whether the site works — Article 6(1)(f)

The analytics exists to answer whether people find these pages, read them, and reach the form. We rely on legitimate interest for it. What makes that defensible rather than merely convenient is the shape of the data: no identifier on your device, no tracking across other sites, no profile, and nothing that resolves back to you as a person. You can object to it under Article 21. In practice, since we store nothing on your device to recognize you by, any content blocker is immediately effective and breaks nothing on the site.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. No decision about your application is made automatically — a person reads it.

Where it goes

Processed in the United States

Argyronix Inc. is a United States company, and this site, its backend, its database, and its analytics all run on Microsoft Azure in the Central US region. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, that means your data is processed outside your own jurisdiction: you send it to us directly, and it does not pass through any establishment of ours in Europe, because we do not have one.

One processor, in four roles

Microsoft: hosting for the site and the backend, the database your application is stored in, Azure Communication Services for the confirmation email, and Application Insights for the analytics. There is nobody else — no CRM, no marketing automation, no analytics vendor beyond the one named, and no data brokers in either direction.

How long we keep it

Applications: twelve months

An application is deleted twelve months after you submit it. Two things change that. If you have joined the program by then, your data is covered by the agreement governing the program instead. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Analytics: ninety days

Telemetry is kept for ninety days and then deleted by Azure automatically. It is not copied anywhere else, and because it carries no identifier for you, not even we can reassemble it into a history of your visits.

Your rights

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, have its processing restricted, object to the analytics, and receive what you gave us in a portable form. Email contact@argyronix.com. We answer within one month and charge nothing. You can also complain to your national supervisory authority, and you do not have to raise it with us first.

If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law

You can ask what we have collected, have it deleted or corrected, and opt out of its sale or sharing — though on that last point there is nothing to opt out of, because we do neither. We will honor these requests whether or not the revenue and volume thresholds that make those laws binding currently apply to a company our size. Declining on that technicality is not a position we want to hold.

How we check that a request is yours

The only identifier we hold for you is the email address you submitted, so we will ask you to write from that address or otherwise confirm you control it. If that cannot be established, we will refuse the request rather than hand your data to whoever asked for it.

Changes

How this page changes

The effective date at the top moves when the text does. If we ever begin collecting something materially different — a cookie, a third-party tracker, a marketing list — that will not arrive as a quiet edit to this page. We will say so on the site before it starts.

This page is about the website. What the product reads inside a production database, what needs your explicit permission, and what never leaves your infrastructure is a separate document.
